Grammy Award winning, multi-platinum Producer and Songwriter, Quincy has worked with some of the hottest names in the game, including Usher, Alicia Keys, Babyface, Luther Vandross, George Benson, and Making the Bands's O-Town, just to name a few. Quincy was hand-picked by music mogul Clive Davis to spearhead the first two single releases off J Records at the time of the label's inception. 

Born and raised in Newark, NJ, he realized first-hand how desperately the school system needed arts programs and so helped start Dreamality, Inc. with the promise that every child deserves a quality music education. He loves spending time with the kids that benefit from Dreamality's outreach, attending their lessons and rehearsals, offering his wisdom and signature comical flair along the way.

Jini is a Pop/R&B Recording Artist and Songwriter, (AKA Jini June), who has dedicated her life to music and strongly believes in community building through the arts. During her studies at NYU where she was on track to pursuing a career in law, Jini made the decision to switch her focus to the calling that had always been placed on her heart, MUSIC! Her songs have received domestic and international radio airplay and she continues to perform throughout the U.S, Canada and India. In addition to spearheading Dreamality, Inc., and nurturing her burgeoning music career, Jini juggles instructing a roster of over 60 private piano and voice students. Several of her students have been invited to perform as soloists at world famous Carnegie Hall. Her dedication to her students drives her to want every child to have access to quality music education.

Tanya has been involved with Dreamality since its inception.  As a mother of two, she understands the importance and development of a child’s confidence through music education, as well as the critical thinking skills mastered through music education and performance.  Tanya has been a valuable  resource to expanding Dreamality’s reach by cultivating relationships across New Jersey schools in under-served areas that lack the musical resources for enrichment programs. She continues to seek opportunities for mutual partnerships across communities where Dreamality can make a lasting impact.

Bob has more than 20 years' experience as a successful and highly experienced CFO Consultant and entrepreneur. He heads the firms Not-For-Profit, Entertainment and Professional Services Practices. His experience includes being the Interim CFO for private companies and non-profits, providing GAAP guidance and compliance services, business plan development for the purpose of raising capital and overall business growth. Bob has been at the core of Dreamality, Inc.'s growth and business model since it's inception and is excited about the future of music education in the new millennium. 

Marquise Neal, a Newark, NJ native, is a rising teenage star on Broadway, having made his Broadway debut as an original cast member of Kinky Boots playing the part of "Young Lola".  At the tender age of 13 Marquise made his television debut on the Netflix Original TV Series, Orange is the New Black. Most recently he has appeared in the new TV mini-series How To Make It Big. Having an extensive background in the performing arts, Marquise is the perfect young spokesperson for Dreamality, Inc. as he highlights how music education has impacted his life while bringing attention to how important our outreach is. For our "Dream Out Loud" campaign, Marquise has interviewed celebrities such as Cyndi Lauper, Harvey Fierstein, Clifton Davis, and Tony Award Winning Billy Porter his cast-mate on Kinky Boots. 

Having worked in PR and Advertising for over 25 years, Vic is uniquely qualified to tell the difference between New Coke and Diet Coke. Vic has worked as a publicist in a variety of industries from fashion to medical imaging. He has won awards for advertising, written speeches for prominent politicians, and placed 10’s of thousands of stories over the years, but he is most proud of the fact that he can quote Casablanca from beginning to end.  “Here’s looking at you kid!"
